Mission
The mission of the HIM Dept is to provide excellent quality services to patients, patient family members, physicians, and other hospital personnel and departments. Our services include managing and providing accessible health information to our various customers, while complying with all internal and external regulations and standards. A top priority is ensuring adherence to HIPAA privacy regulations including the protection of patient confidentiality.
